Infertility Gene in GMO Corn
by Catherine Frompovich
Posted July 25, 2021
Would you believe that the United States is the only industrialized country in the world that does not permit the labeling of GMOs for either fresh or processed foods? However, 14 states have legislation introduced regarding GMO labeling that seems to be going nowhere fast.
Perhaps the most insidious aspect of GMO crop technology is the fact that GM seeds and plants have been programmed to withstand inordinate amounts of herbicide spraying during the growing season. Herbicide spraying contaminates crops with more pesticides than ever before due to crop abilities to withstand pesticide saturation. We know the dramatic health problems herbicides and pesticides cause, but we really don’t know the health problems GMOs will cause. However, the CRIIGEN rat study confirms cancerous tumors! We do know GMOs are endocrine disruptors; they produce new protein coatings that have never been seen, plus mutations occur in the gene splicing process. What will that cause?
However, the most insidious of all, I think, is the Epicyte gene patented in 2001, which can prevent human conception. It was ‘contraceptive corn’ developed by the biotech company Epicyte, which Monsanto and DuPont bought out and subsequently commercialized the Epicyte gene. What that gene does is creates human antibodies that attack sperm. More…
If You Want Grandchildren, Don’t Feed Your Kids Commercial Corn
Dr. David and Deb Martin

In 2001, Epicyte, a California bio-engineering company, revealed that it had created spermicidal GM (Genetically Modified) corn. So how do you know if you have consumed this fertility-destroying corn? You don’t…because products containing GM corn aren’t labeled with a warning.
According to research cited by Whole Foods Market, in 2011, 88% of the commercial corn was GM modified. Does all 88% of corn have this Epicyte gene? We really don’t know. And that’s a problem. But if someone I loved was trying for a pregnancy (male AND female), I’d say just avoid anything with corn in it unless you know it’s grown from an “Heirloom Seed”.
But the problem doesn’t end with the Epicyte Spermicidal gene that man has shoved into the DNA of the corn. There are two other major GMO gene villains in most commercial corn: More…

Biden’s American Rescue Plan can help rescue NJ’s public bank

The state of New Jersey, its 21 county governments and 565 localities hold billions of public monies in private banks. These funds are managed by commercial banks and have been used to bankroll destructive enterprises such as private prisons, immigrant detention centers, assault weapon manufacturers, fossil-fuel infrastructure and additional properties that prioritize profit over ethical and moral decision-making. Some of these institutions also engaged in risky and fraudulent practices that collapsed the global markets during the 2008 financial crisis, particularly in the mortgage derivatives segment.
Now New Jersey has an opportunity to build an alternative banking operation through locally controlled, ethically, socially and environmentally responsible public banks that will permit cities and counties to recapture public dollars and have a say over community financing.
The idea of creating this type of public entity for New Jersey was first proposed as a campaign promise by then gubernatorial candidate Phil Murphy in 2017, but the only step that has been taken toward achieving that goal was a 2019 executive order that created and appointed a 14-member implementation board. With a large influx of over $10 billion from American Rescue Plan allocations coming to the state over the next two years, it is now time to successfully implement this plan by taking advantage of this immediate cash inflow — the necessary start-up liquidity required to establish the banking enterprise. This is Why Big Pharma Doesn’t Want Covid to End
by Umair Haque

I know it sounds like conspiracy theory. But you should know it, and know it’s true. Big Pharma seems to be betting that Covid will go permanent, so its profits go through the roof, and makes one of the biggest fortunes in human history.
You doubt me, probably, and I don’t blame you — who could really be that cynical? It’s one thing to profiteer off a pandemic — but permanently? Come on. That’s paranoid!
So don’t take it from me. Take it from the horse’s mouth.
“In early February, Pfizer CFO Frank D’Amelio described Pfizer’s $19.50-per-dose price as ‘pandemic pricing’ and ‘that’s not a normal price like we typically get for a vaccine, $150, $175 per dose.’”
D’Amelio said later in the same call, “Now let’s go beyond a pandemic-pricing environment, the environment we’re currently in. Obviously, we’re going to get more on price. And clearly, to your point, the more volume we put through our factories, the lower unit cost will become. So clearly, there’s a significant opportunity for those margins to improve once we get beyond the pandemic environment that we’re in.” More…
Ministry of Truth 2.0

Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas is reportedly considering the development of tools that would help America’s children discern truth from lies and know when they are being fed “disinformation.”
The Washington Times, which first reported the story, says a department spokesperson declined to give details, but that more information would be revealed “in the coming weeks.”
Should anyone, regardless of political party or persuasion, be comfortable with government telling especially children what they can believe and whom they can trust? This is what totalitarian states do. It’s called propaganda.
We are already inundated with political correctness, cancel culture, and woke-ism. TV networks spend more time delivering opinion and slanting stories to particular points of view than what once resembled—if not objective journalism—then at least fairness.
The list of government officials who have lied is long and dates back to the founders of the nation. Some lies could be defended on national security grounds. Others were used to cover up wrongdoing or enhance the image of the one who lied. More…
Orange County Prosecutors Operate “Vast, Secretive” Genetic Surveillance Program
by Jordan Smith
Posted July 20, 2021
States have long maintained DNA databases containing the profiles of people convicted of felony crimes as well as unknown profiles developed from crime scene evidence. But those systems are created by legislation, strictly regulated, and publicly funded. They typically link up to the Combined DNA Index System, a nationwide network administered by the FBI that was built with the goal of helping to solve and deter crime.
In contrast, the Orange County database is unregulated and targets individuals charged with some of the lowest-level misdemeanor offenses imaginable — generating DNA samples that, by law, cannot be uploaded to CODIS. It is the only known DNA database in the country run by prosecutors, who now routinely predicate many misdemeanor plea deals or case dismissals on an individual agreeing to give up their genetic privacy. As of 2019, the database contained nearly 200,000 DNA profiles, making it far larger than many state-run, legislatively created DNA databases.
The scheme is questionably legal and ethically dubious. “The prosecution of marginal petty misdemeanor cases has allowed prosecutors to create a vast genetic surveillance system that would otherwise not exist,” University of California, Berkeley law professor Andrea Roth wrote in a 2019 law review article on the OCDA program, known locally as “spit and acquit.” Roth was the first to do a deep dive into the “vast, secretive” database. Oracle Boasted That Its Software Was Used Against U.S. Protesters. Then It Took the Tech to China.

As tens of thousands of people flooded into Chicago’s streets, carrying signs that read “FOOD NOT BOMBS” and “NO TO WAR AND AUSTERITY,” McLoughlin was one of several organizers who posted updates on Occupy Chicago’s two Twitter accounts, sharing information on planned march routes and where protesters could find food and lodging. Newly discovered documents show that many of his tweets likely ended up flowing through CIA-funded data analytics software accessed by police.
According to the documents and to video presentations, CPD used a tool called Endeca Information Discovery, a product from tech giant Oracle, to merge crime records, 911 calls, and other routine police information with protesters’ tweets.
Oracle claims that Endeca helps police and other agencies make sense of mounds of big data. Like the more well-known government analytics software Palantir Gotham, the software owes its rise to “war on terror” surveillance and to backing from the CIA venture capital firm In-Q-Tel. Oracle acquired Endeca in 2011. More…
New Report and Scorecard Shows Which Retailers Are Using Facial Recognition on Shoppers, Employees
by Caitlin Seeley George
Posted July 19, 2021
Digital rights group Fight for the Future has launched a new website and scorecard that tracks whether or not top retailers use, don’t use, or might use facial recognition on people in their stores. Walmart, Albertsons, Kroger, Lowes, and Macy’s are among the stores flagged as using facial recognition on shoppers and workers. Walgreens, McDonald’s, 7-11, and Best Buy are among retailers that have not clarified their policies. Home Depot, Target, Costco, CVS, Dollar Tree, and Verizon confirmed to Fight for the Future that they are not using facial recognition in their stores.
In fact, according to Senator Ron Wyden, the Pentagon is already using surveillance data purchased from corporations to evade warrant requirements. Facial recognition systems used by police around the country have led to false arrests of Black people, and disabled students have been sounding the alarm about discriminatory biometric monitoring in education throughout the pandemic. Last year, Portland, Oregon, became the first city in the country to ban commercial use of facial recognition in places of public accommodation, with one City Commissioner stating: “1984 by George Orwell is a dystopian novel, not a business plan.”
Fight for the Future demands that retailers using facial recognition stop immediately, and is calling on lawmakers to pass legislation that bans stores and other corporations from using facial recognition. More…
Government is using corporations as a tool to circumvent privacy laws.
Is a person who is under 24 hour surveillance really someone who is free? Can we resist these Orwellian tools by not patronizing corporations who are helping to implement these Orwellian systems?

Hubbard County Barricades Private Property, Imprisons Water Protectors
By Alex Binder

At around 6 a.m. Monday, Hubbard County Sheriff’s deputies delivered a notice to the Namewag Camp, a privately-owned property of water protectors, stating that the sole entrance would not be “open to vehicular traffic per Hubbard County’s Land Use Ordinance.”
We spoke with Hubbard County Land Commissioner Mark ‘Chip’ Lohmeier to find out more details pertaining to this abrupt notice. When we pressed him about the timing of the notice, he told us that “there hasn’t been a sign on that road ever,” which alludes to there being more reason as to why this apparent lack of an easement is only being enforced now.
Tara Houska, founder of the Indigenous women and two spirit-led Giniw Collective, told us that “it appears Minnesota is willing to deny right of access to private property in its defense with the private oil company, Enbridge, it’s currently billing to.”
Most law enforcement costs associated with protecting Line 3 are being paid by the Enbridge corporation via funds the Canadian oil giant deposits into an escrow account managed by state officials. According to documents obtained by The Intercept, “Enbridge reimbursed $1,086,361” to local sheriffs, police and other agencies as of the end May 2021. More…
